On site steel fixing.
Prefabing on-site or off-site if in confined space and more efficient to prefab off-site and transport to site when necessary.
Cutting and bending facility for heavy civils up to 50mm high tensile, if required. Capacity 170 tonne per day with spare capacity machinery on standby.
Advance costing and optimising of schedules as this has proved to be efficient and cost saving on past civil contracts.
Experienced staff, consisting of Project Management, Health & Safety Officer, Foreman, Charge Hands, Production, Contracts and Engineers.

Information we require for tendering purposes:

Site location and duration of concrete programme.
Approximate tonnage per week to fix.
Possible joint venture with sub-contractor, who does formwork and concrete. We have done this on projects in the past as we do not get involved in shuttering or concreting.
Email schedules and drawings, and site or main office meetings can be set up. Depth underground, height over ground.
State steel fixing only price required, or cut, bend and fix.
Minimum tonnage in U.K. To price = 1700 tonne in single project or within 50 miles of each other if smaller.
State if you require our Engineer full-time and also Safety Officer.
